10-year Insured Warranty Program
The program consists of a written 10-year warranty with detailed performance standards, an informal dispute settlement resolution system to resolve warranty complains, and insurance to back up the builder's warranty promise.
General Liability Wrap
This program is available only to the highest quality builders and is subject to strict underwriting. Quality builders can access this policy through brokers experienced in working with large builders and staffed with insurance professionals familiar with GL wrap-ups.
Systems Built Construction
The warranty is specific to off-site construction. Our warranty provides 10-year coverage, starting Day One for a defined structural element failure as outlined in the warranty. This additional and affordable coverage for your builder has never been available and is unprecedented in our industry, until now!
Bank Owned
A warranty program designed specifically for banks who have found themselves as the transferring entity on newly constructed homes. This warranty protects banks from the increased risk they are assuming.
HUD Approved
PWC is proud to be a HUD approved warranty program, eligible for certain inspection waivers on homes with federally insured mortgages, i.e. FHA or VA. The PWC warranty program is approved in the District of Columbia and all states, except Alaska.
State Specific Warranty
PWC is approved by the Department of Community Affairs in New Jersey to offer the state required 10-year insured warranty plan.
