The warranty is specific to off-site construction and is underwritten by a member company of Zurich - North America, an A. M. Best's "A" rated company.
Our warranty provides 10-year coverage for a defined structural element failure as outlined in the warranty to include the following coverage from Day One:
- Sill Plate and Perimeter Rim Joists (if part of the home)
- Girders
- ANY load bearing framing member
- Load bearing walls AND partitions
- Ceiling joists
- Floor Sheathing
- Joists and Trusses
- Roof Sheathing
Additional Foundation coverage is available at a reduced rate for all of your on-site builders when the manufacturer's above referenced coverage is provided by the manufacturer to include:
- Defect in the materials OR workmanship in constructing the foundation to include;
- Mounting, placement, or erection of the home on its foundation, including such supporting, blocking, securing, anchoring and connections necessary to secure the home to the foundation.
This additional and affordable coverage for your builder prior to the inception of the PWSC program has never been available and is unprecedented in our industry, until now!
