Past Winners
	Rick Merlini, President American Heartland Homes, Michigan, is presented the PWC Summit Award in 2006 at the same time American Heartland is participating in ABC’s Extreme Home Makeover.

Bill Kenny, PWC marketing director, presents “Chuck” Koons, CEO of C.Corp, a leading Oregon home builder, PWC’s Summit Award while attending the 2004 IBS in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Lombardo Companies is recognized as one of the outstanding home builders in southeast Michigan. A family business managed with the highest quality standards with excellence in service customers as their standard. Vince Chiarello, PWC regional sales director, is presenting the PWC Summit Award to President Anthony Lombardo and Vice President Sebastian Lombardo.

PWC’s prestigious Summit Award is presented to Bill Luther, President of Gemcraft Homes, a leading home builder in the mid-Atlantic region. Gemcraft, a long time member of the PWC program, receives the award for the quality of their product and excellent record for customer service.

K & P Builders Inc., Bowie, Maryland is a 2005 winner of the prestigious Summit Award. K & P builds quality custom homes and highly respected by their customer base for their excellent service. Roy Kilby and Vernon Pizzi are receiving the award from PWC marketing director, Bill Kenny.

Granor Price, a long time Bucks and Montgomery county, Pennsylvania home builder, receives one of the first PWC Summit Awards. Stuart Price and his staff are presented the award by Gary Rhinesmith, PWC regional sales director. Stuart is recognized as a builder leader in the state of Pennsylvania and upfront on significant builder concerns.
