This warranty is specific to off-site construction and is underwritten by a member company of an A+ rated insurer.
Our warranty provides 10-year coverage for a defined structural element failure as outlined in the warranty to include the following coverage from Day One:
- Sill Plate and Perimeter Rim Joists (if part of the home)
- Girders
- ANY load bearing framing member
- Load bearing walls AND partitions
- Ceiling joists
- Floor Sheathing
- Joists and Trusses
- Roof Sheathing
Additional Foundation coverage is available at a reduced rate for all of your on-site builders when the manufacturer’s above-referenced coverage is provided by the manufacturer to include:
Defect in the materials OR workmanship in constructing the foundation to include;
Mounting, placement, or erection of the home on its foundation, including such supporting, blocking, securing, anchoring and connections necessary to secure the home to the foundation.
