NOTICE
If your builder participates in the Professional Warranty Service Corporation (PWC) Warranty Administrative Services Program, and you received information naming PWC the designated third party warranty administrator, you must submit your claim in writing directly to PWC, following the procedure described in Section VI of the Builder's Limited Warranty booklet, or you may submit your claim using the Warranty Service Request Center at the following link.
If you purchased your home from TOUSA (operating under the Engle, Newmark, and Trophy brands) after January 20, 2008, and you become aware of a warranty issue, you must submit your claim directly to PWC, following the procedure described in Section VI of the Builder's Limited Warranty booklet, or you may submit your claim using the Warranty Service Request Center at the following link.
