Jess Norman, Senior Director, Marketing & Strategic Initiatives

Jess’s focus is to design, implement and maintain PWSC’s overall corporate marketing strategy throughout the various, diverse sales channels as well as drive the internal communication strategy company-wide. She works very closely with Executive Management and the insured warranty sales team to integrate the company’s menu of products and services through the launch of new products and services, marketing campaigns, events and support of strategic alliances in order to maximize existing sales activity and lead generation as well as drive new programs and processes to ensure team success.

Recently, Jess’s role has expanded to include the operations management of all new product and service development to bring them to market.

Jess has a wide range of marketing and internal communications experience from several corporate organizations of various sizes and industries, but has always worked hand-in-hand with the Sales organization.  

A graduate of the University of Virginia, Jess, her husband and three children reside in Ashburn, Virginia.
