Submit a Limited Warranty Claim on an MHI/Coventry Home Purchased Before October 1, 2021

Background:
MHI Partnership LTD and its general partner McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI) operated as Coventry Homes, Plantation Homes, and Wilshire Homes until October 1, 2021. On that date MHI ceased its homebuilding operations and sold its assets to Dream Finders Holdings, Inc. The homes that MHI delivered prior to October 1, 2021, included a Limited Warranty covering certain conditions for up to ten years. Dream Finders Homes administered Limited Warranty claims submitted before May 29, 2026. PWSC will administer Limited Warranty claims submitted on or after this date.

How to Submit a Limited Warranty Claim:
If you submitted a claim to MHI or Dream Finders Holdings prior to May 29, 2026, please continue to work with Dream Finders Holdings or any other personnel currently administering your claim. If you have a new Limited Warranty claim on a MHI Home purchased before October 1, 2021, please complete this form to initiate your Limited Warranty claim process with PWSC. Our team of warranty administration professionals will acknowledge your submission within two business days. We will work with you to collect any additional information or perform investigations needed to assess your Limited Warranty coverage. Once we make a coverage determination, we will seek access to remaining insurance coverage limits or reserve funds to pay for covered repairs up to ten years after your home’s original closing date. Please submit warranty claims promptly to comply with your Limited Warranty obligations.
